Council established the Office of the Municipal Planning Commission (MPC) by Bylaw 1452-20 to act as development authority and subdivision authority in those matters prescribed in the Land Use Bylaw.
The Municipal Planning Commission shall hold meetings and undertake such actions as are necessary to fulfil the powers and duties as set out in the Land Use Bylaw.
